Estimating
OfficeHub includes customizable estimating spreadsheets. You can chose one of the templates that come with OfficeHub and add your own. Each project is linked to its own spreadsheet.

Project Costs
Project costs are logged against each project as they are incurred. These include purchase orders, subcontractor costs, direct labour and plant hire. Summary cost data is shown against each project. You can 'drill-down' to cost details. The Invoice Authorisation System gives the project manager tight control over payments. Cost data can be exported to other applications or for further analysis.

Contract Variations
All variation are handle by OfficeHub as they occur giving you total control over contract changes and their cost implications.

Plant Hire Costs
Up-to-date cost summaries of hired plant costs are displayed for each project.

Most contracts will are subject to variations. Variations can sometimes be specified in very informal ways as well as through more formal channels. In either case, with OfficeHub, contract variations are logged as they occur in their rightful place - with the project. Each variation is given a state i.e. 'Instruction Requested' or 'Instruction Issued' so it can be monitored until it's final state is settled.
